A Bit About Myself
My Yoga journey started in 2011, when I attended classes at the local Yoga and Pilates Studio. I instantly fell in love with Yoga, especially Vinyasa Flow and in 2014, after 4 years of dedicated practice, I decided that I wanted to become a Yoga Teacher and pass on my passion and love for Yoga to other students.
I started my Yoga Teacher training in March 2015 and I can genuinely, put my hand on my heart and say it has not been easy, it involved a lot of ups and downs and I started to question whether I was on the correct path.
I realised that I needed to be a 100% sure of my choices so I decided to drop out of half way through the course and reassess everything.
It was during an intense Chakra Vinyasa course with Seane Corn in September 2015, that I knew I was on the right path and that it was natural to question your journey.
I decided it was time to find another training course and a friend told me about her training with Tiffany Cruikshank and encouraged me to apply for my 200hr with Yoga Medicine. Feeling brave I applied for a place onto Tiffany Cruikshank's 2016 Yoga Medicine Teacher Training course and I was genuinely surprised that my application was accepted.
I firmly believe everything happens for a reason, my Yoga teacher training led me on a path of self-discovery, creativity and self-belief and along the way I met and made some amazing friends. The team of teachers on my training were an immense inspiration and represented everything what I truly believe a Yoga Teacher should be, genuine, honest and non-judgemental.
In August 2016 I completed my Yoga Medicine Teacher Training and achieved my 200hr RYT Yoga Alliance qualification.
My style of teaching is fun, light-hearted and playful with a safe blend of movement and flow; come and spend some time with me and Yoga and lets see what adventures we can embark on together.
