Gingerbread Smoothie Recipe

 

Ingredients

1 cup almond milk (make sure it is unsweetened)

1 ripe banana

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

⅓ teaspoon nutmeg

½ teaspoon ground ginger

1 teaspoon chia seeds

2 tablespoons gluten free oats

1 teaspoon molasses

2 walnuts, chopped

Directions

Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and mix until smooth and creamy.

Pour into glass and sprinkle chopped walnuts and cinnamon over the top.

Drink while fresh.
